Access is to the entire house and backyard, completely private to yourself. Easy key-less self-check-in available which will get you into your vacation home quickly. You will receive a Key-less entry code the morning of your scheduled arrival via email and\or text. In this message will be your door key code, code for the in-room safe, and any special instructions needed for your stay. As a reminder check-in is at 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled stay, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on your scheduled departure day. Please maintain these times as we have cleaning crews already scheduled. For special travel itineraries such as early check-in and late check-outs please contact Double Rainbow Suites prior to your trip, and we will try to accommodate if we can, all request are subject to schedule availability.

L’emplacement est pratique, avec un Whole Foods à seulement 7 minutes et de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Le guide était très utile, et Bill et Johnathan ont été aimables, réactifs et attentionnés tout au long de notre séjour. Bien que la maison accepte les animaux, je n’ai eu aucun problème d’allergie, ce qui montre à quel point elle est bien nettoyée. Je recommande vivement ! The property was very easy to find, and the host’s instructions made check-in simple. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully decorated the home was. Everything matched the Airbnb photos perfectly. The backyard and pool are a hidden gem, with a shaded seating area and BBQ space that made it perfect for relaxing. The saltwater pool was sparkling clean, and at night the automatic lighting created a lovely atmosphere. The neighborhood felt very safe, and we even saw wild peacocks during an evening walk. The location is convenient, with Whole Foods just 7 minutes away and many restaurants nearby. The guidebook was very helpful, and Bill and Johnathan were kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Although the home is pet-friendly, I had no allergy issues, which shows how well it’s cleaned. Highly recommend!

Bill était réactif et sympathique, ce qui a également facilité l’accès à l’Airbnb. Il nous a aussi recommandé quelques restaurants à proximité, que mon petit ami et mon chien ont appréciés le soir. Il a également nettoyé la piscine en milieu de séjour pour s’assurer qu’elle soit bien entretenue et sans feuilles/insectes. Je recommande vivement de réserver chez Bill et Jonathan, cela vaut chaque dollar dépensé ! Honestly, this Airbnb is one of my favorites thus far in Florida. The backyard was spectacular, outdoor/indoor essentials (bug spray, beach towels, utensils, cooking oil ) were endless, and the rooms were spotless. Bill was responsive and friendly which made accessing the Airbnb much easier as well. He also recommended a couple of restaurants nearby, which my boyfriend and dog gladly enjoyed in the evenings. He also cleaned the pool mid stay to ensure it was maintained and free from leaves/bugs. Strongly recommend booking with Bill and Jonathan , worth every dollar!

The backyard is a complete oasis, and the heated saltwater pool was absolutely incredible—easily the highlight of our stay. It was the perfect place to unwind and recharge. The home itself is spotless and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches everywhere. It has all the amenities you could ask for, making the stay feel both comfortable and effortless. The beds and pillows were also incredibly comfortable, which made it even easier to fully relax. Bill was a fantastic host—kind, flexible, and very responsive whenever we had a question. Everything about the experience was smooth and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Bill’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway!

Magnifique maison ! Parfaite pour une petite escapade en famille. Toute la maison est joliment décorée. Le mobilier est moderne et bien entretenu. Les lits étaient très confortables et l'espace extérieur est idéal pour se détendre, faire des grillades, prendre un verre au bord de la piscine, ou simplement passer du temps ensemble. L'hôte était également très attentif et proactif. Définitivement 10/10 ! Beautiful home! Perfect for a little family getaway. Entire home is beautifully decorated. Furniture is modern and well maintained. Beds were super comfy and the outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, grilling, drinks by the pool, hanging out. Host was also super attentive and proactive.
